20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for Western and Tibetan medical diseases; 2)Ages ranging from 20 to 75 years old;3)Disease duration =3 months; 4)ISI score: 8-28; 5)PSQI score: 11-21 6)Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Secondary insomnia due to other diseases; 2)Those who regularly take (for more than 1 week) sedative hypnotics or Chinese medicine sleep aids; 3)Those who have previously found zopiclone ineffective; 4)Patients with serious diseases respiratory compensation insufficiency or myasthenia gravis; 5)Those with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia severe anxiety (HAMA scale score =29) or severe (HAMD scale score =35); 6)Sleep apnea syndrome; 7)Allergy to known components of the drugs used in this study; Special groups: such as women planning to conceive pregnant or breastfeeding high-altitude workers machine operators and drivers; 9)Alcoholics and/or users psychoactive drugs drug abusers; 10)Participated in other clinical trials in the past month.
