40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for PD and PD-FOG; Patients with PD-FOG of liver and kidney deficiency type and phlegm and stasis obstruction type; Hoehn-Yahr classification = stage 2; Able to communicate and interact effectively; Receiving anti-PD drug therapy with stable dose for at least 30d; All patients were required to sign an informed consent form before participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The existence of skin breakage coagulation dysfunction and other contraindications to gua sha; Those with combined severe cardiac pulmonary hepatic renal and haematopoietic system diseases or malignant tumours mental disorders; Those who participate in other clinical trials during the intervention period; Presence of adverse reactions such as unpredictable drug fluctuations; Those with secondary Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; Those with other medical conditions that affect the ability to walk; Patients who have undergone deep brain electrical stimulation.
