30 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; 2)was willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 3) 30-45 years old;4) smoking more than or equal to 10 year smoking more than 10 per day in recent January; 5) dextromanuality; 6) no nuclear magnetic contraindications; 7) had not received acupuncture treatment 30 days before entering the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Serious heart lung brain and blood system diseases; 2) have received other smoking cessation treatment in the past six months; 3) substance abuse or dependence other than nicotine; 4) have a disease with an unclear diagnosis; 5) other illness or mental state judged by the investigator; 6) people with bleeding blood clotting disorder or taking anticoagulant drugs; 7) pregnant or lactating women; 8) people who suffer from claustrophobia or have MRI contraindications such as ferromagnetic implants in their bodies.
