Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria must meet the following conditions: 1) patients with chest tightness and chest pain who went to the police before hospital; 2) The patients were treated by the pre-hospital emergency personnel of the hospital and sent to the emergency department of the hospital for treatment; 3) Coronary heart disease at admission; 4) signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were one of the following: 1) patients transferred to the hospital after receiving treatment in another hospital; 2) not sent to the hospital emergency department after ambulance treatment; 3) patients with chest pain caused by trauma; 4) those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 5) cases of pre-hospital death.
