18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in Neurology; (2) Age 18-65 years old gender is not limited; (3) Did not take sedative sleeping drugs before entering the study; (4) Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) total score > 5; (5) The objective Total sleep duration (TST) shown by sleep EEG was < 6 hours; (6) Have used glucocorticoids in the last 2 weeks or are currently using them. (7) Follow the voluntary principle and sign informed consent before entering the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart liver and kidney damage respiratory blood and mental system diseases; (2) Clinical interview to identify patients with other sleep disorders; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis hepatitis AIDS etc.; (5) People not suitable for acupuncture treatment such as: trauma serious skin diseases allergic; (6) Sleep EEG showed that the Apnea-hypopnea Index (AHI) was =10/h; (7) Sleep EEG showed Periodic Limb Movements During Sleep (PLMS) > 15 times /h; (8) Have participated in other clinical research topics within the last 3 months.
