Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gastric cancer anxiety group 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction carcinoma; 3. Excessive anxiety and worry difficult to control; 4.Accompanied by at least 3 of the following 6 somatic symptoms:a. fidgeting or feeling excited or nervous;b. Easy to get tired;c. difficulty concentrating or a blank mind;d. irritability;e. muscle tension;f. Sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep or insufficient rest and unsatisfactory sleep quality); 5.Anxiety worry or physical symptoms that cause clinically significant distress or that cause impairment in social occupational or other important functions; 6.The score of HAMA is between 14 and 28. 7. Sign the informed consent form. Gastric cancer group 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction carcinoma; 3.No previous or current diagnosis of mental disorders of DSM-5 4.The score of HAMA is between 0 and 7. 5.Sign the informed consent form. Anxiety group 1.Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2.Excessive anxiety and worry difficult to control; 3.Accompanied by at least 3 of the following 6 somatic symptoms:a. fidgeting or feeling excited or nervous;b. Easy to get tired;c. difficulty concentrating or a blank mind;d. irritability;e. muscle tension;f. Sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep or insufficient rest and unsatisfactory sleep quality); 4. Anxiety worry or physical symptoms that cause clinically significant distress or that cause impairment in social occupational or other important functions; 5.The score of HAMA is between 14 and 28. 6. Sign the informed consent form. Healthy group 1..Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2.No previous or current diagnosis of malignancy 3.Not meet the diagnostic criteria of any mental disorder of DSM-5 now or previously 4.The score of HAMA is between 0 and 7. 5.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Gastric cancer anxiety group 1.Diagnosed by other diseases that could cause anxiety symptoms such as hyperthyroidism hyperadrenal function arrhythmia and so on 2.Diagnosed by psychotic illness such as schizophrenia bipolar disorder obsessive-compulsive disorder substance-related disorders and addiction disorders and so on clearly 3.Unaware of the tumor status and unable to cooperate with assessment; 4.Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Gastric cancer group 1.Diagnosed by other diseases that could cause anxiety symptoms such as hyperthyroidism hyperadrenal functionarrhythmia and so on 2.Unaware of the tumor status and unable to cooperate with assessment; 3.Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anxiety group: 1.Diagnosed by other diseases that could cause anxiety symptoms such as hyperthyroidism hyperadrenal function arrhythmia and so on 2.Diagnosed by psychotic illness such as schizophrenia bipolar disorder obsessive-compulsive disorder substance-related disorders and addiction disorders and so on clearly 3.Previous or current diagnosis of malignancy 4.Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Healthy group 1.Diagnosed by other diseases that could cause anxiety symptoms such as hyperthyroidism hyperadrenal function arrhythmia and so on 2.Currently participating in other clinical trials; 3.Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
