Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical diagnosis is the first cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and confirmed by CT or MRI of the brain; (2) Definite dysphagia in the oral or pharyngeal phase; (3) The duration of stroke and dysphagia is between 1 and 6 months; (4) The patient was conscious his vital signs were stable and there was no fever and lung infection; (5) Age 50-75 years; (6) Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tumors severe heart lung liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Those who suffer from Parkinson's disease encephalitis and other neurological diseases at the same time; (3) Combined with severe cognitive dysfunction and aphasia; (4) Those who are unable to complete the skull MRI examination and cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment; (5) Craniotomy patients.
