Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical vertigo caused by atlantoaxial joint malposition; 2) Those who do not take anti-vertigo and psychoregulatory drugs during the clinical observation period; 3) Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 4) Those who actively cooperate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, etc., as well as diabetes and mental illness; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) With obvious pyramidal tract signs; 4) With congenital malformations of the atlantoaxial segment bones; 5) Imaging data indicating severe osteoporosis, cervical vertebral fractures, bone tuberculosis, bone tumors; 6) Unable to tolerate tuina treatment.
