Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obesity Subject Group 1)Age 18=age=65 years gender not limited; 2)BMI=27kg/m2; 3)Female waist circumference=85cm(2 yards 6 (33) inches or more); 4)Male waist circumference=90cm(2 yards 7 (34) inches or more); 5)Patients who have not received treatment related to obesity before participating in this study; 6)Voluntarily join the treatment and sign an informed consent form. Healthy Subject Group 1)Age 18=age=65 years gender not limited; 2)18.5kg/m2=BMI=23.9 kg/m2; 4)Right-handed; 5)No history of hypertension diabetes heart disease or mental illness; 6)The gender age and educational level of the healthy group are matched with those of the obese subject group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals under the age of 18 or over the age of 65; 2)Individuals with a BMI of less than 27 kg/m2 or less than BMI<18.5kg/m2; 3)Individuals with secondary obesity; 4)Pregnant or lactating women; 5)Individuals with pacemakers severe phobia of needles hypodermic needle phobia or metal allergy; 6)Individuals with impaired coagulation function or taking anticoagulants or those with related diseases such as tumors blood disorders or severe heart liver or kidney damage or those with poor general condition and unable to cooperate.
