Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment. The guidelines were published in the Chinese Medical Journal in 2018 by the Chinese Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Guidelines Writing Group. Diagnostic criteria include: (1) cognitive impairment reported by patients or informants or discovered by experienced clinicians; (2) objective evidence of impairment in one or more cognitive domains (from overall cognitive assessments); (3) complex instrumental daily living abilities can be slightly impaired but maintain independent daily living abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological diseases such as brain tumors head trauma stroke epilepsy Parkinson's disease or mental disorders. 2.History of metabolic diseases including anemia thyroid dysfunction folate vitamin B12 deficiency and other conditions that can lead to cognitive decline. 3.History of alcohol abuse or drug use within the past 2 years before screening. 4.Post-craniotomy/cranial defect. 5.Presence of metal or electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers cochlear implants deep brain stimulators aneurysm clips internal fixation devices after ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery etc.). 6.Other serious illnesses that may affect the study. 7.Participation in other clinical studies concurrently.
