Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged between 25 and 65 meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation.2)Patients with a chief complaint of significant low back and leg pain3)No Indication for Lumbar Spine Surgery4)More than one year after lumbar spine surgery5)No mental cognitive intellectual visual or auditory impairments can communicate normally.6)Patients who signed the informed consent form and participated in the study throughout.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria;2) Patients who are not suitable for the methods related to this study have allergies to relevant drugs and alcohol;3) Patients with severe organic lesions severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;4) Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness;5) Patients who withdrew from the study or were assessed by physicians to switch to other treatment methods;6)Accompanied by skin diseases or lesions;7)Women who are pregnant breastfeeding or menstruating;8)Patients with clear indications for surgery.
