18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From December 30 2024 to December 30 2025 patients of both sexes aged =75 years with body mass index of 18.5-25.0 kg/m2 of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status II or III scheduled for elective laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were enrolled. Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Facial paralysis acute head and face injury soft tissue disease or infection; Mental illness hearing or language impairment; Severe organ dysfunction (such as heart liver kidney brain etc.); Diseases of the nervous system blood system or immune system; Combined with other tumors; Allergy to narcotic drugs; Opioid abuse long-term use of analgesics or history of alcohol dependence; Abnormal coagulation or long-term use of anticoagulants.
