Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. diagnosis of primary retinitis pigmentosa B. Age: 18-75 years old C. best corrected visual acuity ETDRS = 15 letters D. OCTOPUS visual field >10 degrees E.Chinese medicine evidence: patients with evidence of deficiency of liver and kidney can be enrolled if they meet 1 main symptom + 1 secondary symptom F. Patients who are using other vasodilators or neurotrophic drugs can be enrolled only after 4 weeks of drug cessation. G. Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Suffering from other fundus diseases B. Suffer from glaucoma corneal disease and other diseases that affect vision C. No light perception in the affected eye D. Suffering from serious systemic diseases heart liver and kidney insufficiency E. Suffering from other hereditary diseases F. Are using other methods or participating in other studies G. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
