Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria, with insomnia as the main symptom; Age 18-70 years; No other related treatment within 1 month; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergies to the use of medications; Patients with secondary insomnia and pseudoinsomnia; Comorbid with other serious diseases; Locally damaged skin not suitable for auricular pressure bean treatment; Pregnant or lactating women; Patients enrolled in other clinical trials; Be under the age of 18 or over the age of 70; Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria cannot judge the efficacy without prescribed treatment or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
