18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient with progressive stage III-IV cancer; (2) Age between 18-85 years old; (3) Able to eat orally without any dietary restrictions such as gastrointestinal bleeding or intestinal obstruction; (4) Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score for appetite is =70; (5) No surgery radiotherapy chemotherapy immunotherapy or planned surgery radiotherapy chemotherapy or immunotherapy within the past month or during the trial; (6) The ECOG score is 0 - 2; (7) Estimated survival time is at least 6 months; (8) Informed consent voluntary participation and informed consent process comply with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe arrhythmia severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function (glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase glutamic-pyruvic transaminase or total bilirubin more than three times the normal level or blood urea nitrogen or creatinine more than twice the normal level) or diseases of the immune system or hematopoietic system; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with bleeding disorders thrombocytopenia or other bleeding disorders; (4) Patients diagnosed with depression anxiety and/or psychiatric disorders; (5) Lymphedema patients at the acupuncture stimulation site; (6) Patients who are afraid of acupuncture stimulation or allergic to stainless steel needles; (7) Other situations that in the opinion of the investigator reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment as determined by the investigator.
