Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 40-60 both male and female; (2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Modern medicine of NLBP. The VAS score before treatment was equal or greater than 4.0 which seriously affected the quality of life; (3) Patients who were not treated or failed to take other intervention measures or other conservative treatment; (4) Patients who can cooperate with the prescription methods and the study of clinical observation; (5) Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for NLBP; (2) Patients who cannot cooperate with the prescription methods and requirements of the study; (3) Patients who against doctor's orders due to subjective or objective factors; (4) Patients who were Complicated with serious heart lung liver kidney brain and blood system diseases and other major diseases; (5) Patients who were during pregnancy and lactation; (6) Patients who were allergic to traditional Chinese medicine.
