Delirium after deep brain electrode implantation in patients with Parkinson's disease

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and proposed to undergo deep brain stimulation implantation; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; (3) Informed consent voluntary subjects the process of obtaining informed consent conforms to the provisions of GCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)A history of neurological or mental illness; 2)Severe audio-visual impairment language impairment and/or communication difficulties resulting in inability to communicate; 3) Alcohol dependence and drug addiction; 4) Abnormal coagulation function puncture site infection. 5) A diagnosis of dementia is made based on the MMSE score: illiterate = 17 points primary school education = 20 points secondary school education (including technical secondary school) = 22 points and college education (including junior college) = 23 points.
