Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis according to medical history physical examination and other relevant criteria; (2) Identification of lumbar spine lesion location by CT or MRI and other imaging examinations L4-L5 L5-S1; (3) Age 20-80 years old; (4) UBE surgery after ineffective conservative treatment; (5) Patients and their families sign the informed consent form after learning more about the study content; (6) Did not participate in other clinical trials during the period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other spinal diseases such as spinal tumors spinal deformities or spinal tuberculosis; (2) history of previous spinal surgery; (3) Combined with anemia or other wasting diseases and unable to tolerate surgery; (4) Suffering from mental illness such as schizophrenia drug dependence mania etc. unable to cooperate; (5) Allergy to acupuncture or fainting; (6) Received acupuncture physiotherapy within the last 30 days; (7) Participating in other clinical trials.
