Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and classified under the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution of Qi 2. deficiency with Cobb angle between 10° and 45°. 3. Aged between 10 and 18 years regardless of gender. 4. Able to sign informed consent and comply with follow-up requirements. 5.Able to receive the treatments in this study and cooperate with X-ray and infrared thermography examinations for the measurement of Cobb angle infrared thermography temperature values and other relevant indicators. No other treatment plans during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe progression of spinal deformity affecting cardiopulmonary function or requiring immediate surgical correction. 2.Congenital spinal deformities or conditions such as spondylolisthesis tumors tuberculosis fractures or other conditions that are intolerant to spinal stress treatments. 3.Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular pulmonary renal hematologic disorders rheumatic diseases or neuromuscular diseases. 4.Prior spinal correction surgery or other treatments received within the last 3 months. 5.Skin diseases or open skin lesions that hinder the physical manipulation. 6.Mental illness psychological disorders or patients with poor clinical compliance. 7.Other conditions that prevent the patient from complying with the required treatments examinations and follow-up protocols of the study.
