Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; (2) those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; (3) age >=60 years old male or female; (4) Patients were conscious had no motor and cognitive impairment could communicate normally had independent judgment and were willing to cooperate with the treatment plan and complete the follow-up normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe chronic diseases acute onset of chronic diseases infectious diseases trauma and fracture who are not suitable for exercise; (2) no independent activity ability communication and cognitive ability; (3) the implantation of electronic devices or metal objects in the body; (4) receiving any treatment for sarcopenia within 3 months before study entry; Patients enrolled in other clinical trials.
