Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (Uighur medicine) for muscular dystrophy; 2)Patients with lower limb weakness caused by muscular dystrophy; 3)Patients with a score of =72 on the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) scale who are not self-reliant daily life; 4)Patients with stable vital signs and condition clear consciousness and the ability to understand instructions; 5)Patients who have not used drugs that affect muscle and have no lower limb muscle trauma or local muscle diseases; 6)Age:3-35 years gender and duration of illness are not limited; 7)Patients who have given informed consent to in this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Not meeting the inclusion criteria; 2)Suffering from mental illness cognitive impairment or unable to cooperate in completing relevant treatment and assessment; 3)Suffering from severe complications of the lung heart liver kidney or other diseases that may affect the study results; 4)Allergic to any component of traditional Chinese medicine used in the study; 5)Female patients who are pregnant or lactating.
