18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; (2) 18 years old = 60 years old; (3) PSQI score>7 points HAMD score<24 points (4) Routine head MRI examination is normal; (5) Not participating in other clinical studies. Note: Only patients who meet the above conditions can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Sleep disorders caused by external environmental interference or other sleep disorders; (2) Sleep disorders caused by medication or lifestyle factors such as alcohol coffee and strong tea; (3) Previously suffered from severe heart brain liver kidney diseases and other serious physical illnesses; (4) History of other mental illnesses and head injuries; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Have used hypnotic or sedative drugs to treat insomnia in the past 4 weeks; (7) Patients with metal implants and claustrophobia syndrome are contraindicated in magnetic resonance imaging examinations. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded from this study.
