Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. It meets the standard of TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome differentiation; 3. Lumbar disc herniation shown by CT or MRI; 4. Age 20-80 years old male or female; 5. Those who are willing to participate in this experiment and sign the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of spinal surgery; 2. History of severe spinal trauma; 3. Imaging findings showed spinal bone tumors tuberculosis osteoporosis and other patients; 4. Patients with cardiovascular cerebrovascular hematopoietic digestive system and other serious diseases or mental disorders; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Other autoimmune diseases allergic diseases acute and chronic infections;
