Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Qi deficiency constitution according to the "Questionnaire for Investigating the Nine Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions; (2) Age between 18 and 30 years old; (3) No prior related medical history; (4) The subjects voluntarily participate in study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the criteria for qi deficiency constitution; (2) Those with severe joint diseases severe palpitations etc who are not suitable for prolonged exercise; (3) Pregnant women and patients with more severe qi deficiency symptoms; (4) Patients undergoing other drug treatments; 5) Patients who are participating in other studies.
