Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cutaneous vasculitis in Nomenclature of cutaneous vasculitis: a dermatological appendix to the nomenclature of vasculitis of the 2012 Revised International Chapel Hill Consensus Conference published in 2018 and Clinical Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines - Dermatological Diseases and Venereal Diseases Subchapter published by the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association 2004; and meet the criteria for the diagnosis of cutaneous vasculitis in the TCM Dermatology and Venereology in the disease of Chinese medicine diagnosis and identification criteria. 2) Age = 16 years old; 3)Patients whose first attack lasts for more than 4 weeks or who have repeated attacks; 4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with severe systemic necrotising vasculitis connective tissue disease vasculitis; 2) patients with severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular neurological and psychiatric diseases; 3) hepatic and renal insufficiency anaemia coagulation disorders; 4) pregnant or lactating women.
