Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of gallbladder stones, who met the indications for abdominal laparoscopic surgery. (2) According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading criteria: those with grade 1-2 were selected. (3) Age range 18-65 years old. (4) The maximum duration of the operation was not more than 3 h, and the intraoperative bleeding was not more than 200 ml. (5) The skin at the site of needle puncture was intact. (6) Patients participated voluntarily and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe underlying diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, and liver and those with mental illness. (2) Patients with organic lesions and those who already have corresponding symptoms before surgery. (3) Patients with coagulation disorders or serious infectious diseases. (4) Age 65 years old. (5) Pregnant and lactating women. (6) Participating in other clinical observations.
