Hoehn Yahr (H-Y) stage is 2.5 or above in the "closed" state (not taking medication); d. UPDRS motion score = 30 in the "off" state; e. Good response to dopamine drugs, with an UPDRS motor score improvement rate of over 30% in acute levodopa experiments (experimental drug Madopar 250mg); f. Those who have a daily medication cut-off period of at least 6 hours, or experience serious movement complications such as abnormal movements, or who repeatedly adjust medication but still cannot effectively improve; g. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 24 points; h. No contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging testing. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: a. There were no physical abnormalities (such as headache, fever, cough, etc.) at the time of enrollment; d. Not taking excitatory drugs; e. No contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's disease patients: a. I have undergone surgical treatments for Parkinson's disease other than deep brain electrical stimulation, such as stereotactic destruction, cell transplantation, gamma knife, etc; b. The 'closed' state has serious midline symptoms such as language disorders, swallowing difficulties, and balance disorders; c. There are contraindications for neurosurgery, such as cerebral infarction, hydrocephalus, cerebral atrophy, ventricular enlargement, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as heart disease and severe thrombocytopenia; d.
