21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 21-40 years; (2) Fits the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome; sparse ovulation or anovulation (OA); (3) Can menstruate on their own within the past year with a menstrual cycle of >35 days and =60 days; (4) Patients volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cushing's syndrome atypical congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia androgen-secreting tumours of the ovaries or adrenal glands functional hypothalamic amenorrhoea thyroid disorders hyperprolactinaemia early-onset ovarian insufficiency and other disorders that may cause hyperandrogenism and ovulatory abnormalities. (2) Congenital abnormalities of reproductive organ development untreated endometrial polyps untreated uterine adhesions untreated uterine infections untreated tubal hydrosalpinx thin endometrium uterine fibroids (>5cm submucosal fibroids) endometriosis or other organic diseases; (3) Use of estrogen-progestogen drugs and lipid-regulating and hypoglycemic drugs in the last 1 month; (4) Accepting acupuncture Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine to regulate menstruation and help pregnancy in the last 1 month; (5) Combined serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular hepatic renal malignant tumour haematopoietic system and psychiatric diseases; (6) BMI = 28kg/m²; (7) Those who are in the period of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
