Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-65 years old; 2) Thoracolumbar fracture requires internal fixation surgery and the operation is performed within 72 hours of admission; 3) Thoracolumbar operation after anesthesia and sobriety VAS score of mouth or leg pain =3 points; 4)All cases were treated by the same group of surgeons.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria. 2) Patients with spinal tuberculosis spinal infection rheumatoid arthritis sacroiliac arthritis and other diseases and severe trauma are excluded. 3)Patients with digestive tract ulcers bleeding and other diseases should be excluded or patients with serious basic diseases of heart liver kidney function and hematopoietic system. 4)Have mental disorders or consciousness is not clear can not cooperate with the examination and adhere to treatment; 5) Patients who do not accept or do not tolerate acupuncture treatment or can not cooperate for other reasons.
