Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic specific neck pain : persistent or recurrent pain for more than 3 months ; 2.Over 18 years old and no more than 70 years old ; 3.Patients who have not learned 24-style Taijiquan or Taijiquan before ; 4. Those who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases arrhythmia blood system diseases malignant tumors important organ dysfunction ; 2. Menstrual period pregnant women ; 3.Cervical dislocation fracture infection tuberculosis tumor etc. ; 4.Patients with skin allergy or other serious skin diseases ; 5.Other nerve injury diseases ; 6.Patients with major mental illness cognitive impairment and other inability to cooperate ; 7.Refusing to sign the informed consent.
