Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis. 2) Hospitalized patients who have received or plan to receive surgical treatment. 3) Complete data including electronic medical records CT image data pathology reports and treatment records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients whose image data is incomplete or the quality does not meet the analysis requirements. 2) Patients who used systemic glucocorticoids within one month before surgery. 3) Patients with severe comorbidities or other diseases that affected the study results. 4) Patients who were unable to complete follow-up or whose data were not fully recorded.
