Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and be diagnosed by CT or MRI and make a clinical diagnosis; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for constipation; (3) Aged ? 18 years old; (4) The course of the disease was 1-24 months and the number of strokes = 3 times; (5) Those who are stable conscious have no aphasia and severe symptoms of cognitive impairment and can cooperate with the scale assessment; (6) After being informed the patient and the patient's family should give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those whose vital signs are unstable after the onset of the disease; (2) Those with intestinal organic lesions; (3) Patients with serious heart liver kidney and other internal diseases; (4) Those who have been treated with other related traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and constipation within 2 weeks; (5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; (6) Those who cannot cooperate with Lu's umbilical moxibustion treatment; (7) Those with skin ulcers and wounds in the umbilicus; (8) Those who have contraindications to moxibustion treatment
