Intervention group:Daily fumigation and washing treatment with Fufang Jingjie for Fumigation and Washing was given twice a day for 2 weeks
Control Group:Daily fumigation and washing treatment with Kushen Wubeizi Decoction was given twice a day for 2 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Compliance with the diagnostic criteria for mixed hemorrhoids in the Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids (2020 Edition); (2) The patients underwent surgical treatment; (3) All the patients are over 18 years old and not more than 80 years old; (4) Patients are conscious and able to cooperate in the collection of clinical data; (5) Patients were informed about the study and participated voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a combination of other anorectal diseases or a combination of severe intestinal diseases such as rectal tumors and inflammatory bowel disease; (2) Previous history of anorectal surgery; (3) Patients with a combination of serious internal diseases such as severe hematological diseases liver diseases malignant tumors uremia and so on; (4) History of mental illness; (5) Having used analgesic drugs within 48 hours before surgery; (6) Women during pregnancy.
