18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18-60 years; 2)Meet diagnostic criteria for NSLBP; 3)The patient is mentally typical speaks fluently and can accurately express his/ her feelings to the doctor and cooperate with the treatment; 4)The patient with good compliance adherence to the trial protocol and cooperation in completing the treatment program; 5)The patient agreed to be treated with the study protocol and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who do not meet the study inclusion criteria; 2)BMI>23 because obesity can have a more significant impact on the ultrasonic image; 3)Lumbar spine fracture dislocation tuberculosis tumour infection or history of lumbar spine surgery; 4)Serious diseases related to the cardiovascular urinary or hematopoietic system; 5)Pregnant and lactating women; 6)with localized skin lesions or injuries or alcohol allergy; 7)Those who have received relevant treatment within 15 days or are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
