Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Run more than 15km per week; (2) persons between the ages of 18 and 50; (3) Willing to accept Chinese medicine for internal or external treatment; (4) Understand and be willing to actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious heart liver and kidney diseases mental diseases and other factors affecting the test results were excluded. (2) Those who are undergoing TCM or Western medicine drug treatment or non-drug treatment. (3) Have a history of Chinese medicine allergy.
