Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with fresh vertebral osteoporotic compression fracture or Kummell's disease with indications for PKP surgery. (2) Patients receiving PKP surgery. (3) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Only those who meet the above three requirements can be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with obvious anatomic variation in pedicle or spinous process indicated by preoperative imaging (such as narrow pedicle and obvious deviation of spinous process). (2) Patients with absolute or relative contraindications to surgery. (3) Those who refused PKP surgery. If any of the above criteria is met the study is excluded.
