50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition)" and have been graded as grades I-III on Kellgren Lavrance imaging in the past six months; 2) Have not used any drugs or treatment methods that may conflict with this study in the past 2 weeks; 3) Accept the various protocols of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with injuries infections and other conditions around the knee joint that are not suitable for relevant treatment; 2) Patients with combined rheumatic rheumatoid arthritis tuberculosis and other knee joint diseases; 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular or mental illnesses that may affect the implementation of the plan.
