Acupuncture group:Oral administration of sertraline hydrochloride tablets and Regulating Spirit and Strengthening Foundation Acupuncture treatment
Healthy control group:Do not take any action
sham needle group:Oral administration of sertraline hydrochloride tablets and sham needle therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th edition); 2.7 points<HAMD17 score = 24 points meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depression; 3. Age range of 18 to 60 years old gender not limited; 4. The patient is informed of the study and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HAMD17 score>24 points; 2. Concurrent infectious and autoimmune diseases; 3. Merge organic brain diseases or other types of mental disorders; 4. Merge serious physical illnesses; 5. Merge organic gastrointestinal diseases or functional gastrointestinal diseases; 6. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes coronary heart disease and hypertension; 7. History of previous intestinal surgery; 8. History of depression before enrollment; 9. Have taken antidepressants antibiotics or drugs that affect gut microbiota within the past 3 months prior to enrollment; 10. Body mass index (BMI) = 28 kg/m2; 11. Already included or planned to be included in other clinical studies and history of antidepressant medication treatment
