Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis was confirmed as the first onset onset within 6 months the condition was stable conscious accompanied by lower limb dysfunction; 2) Age 30-80 years old; 3) Sign informed consent; Can cooperate with the completion of training and evaluation compliance is good; 4) primary school education or above; (5) Exclude the lower limb dysfunction caused by skeletal muscle disease; 6) Brunnstrom evaluation of the distal joint of the affected lower extremity grade II-IV; 7) No cognitive dysfunction mini-mental state examination (MMSE) > 17 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) suffering from severe hypertension or cardiopulmonary disease; 2) Severe joint pain; (3) Patients with severe impairment of vision hearing and understanding; 4) there are deformities in the lower limbs. (5) Bilateral brain lesions bilateral limb function disorders lesions located in the cerebellum or brain stem; 6) Progressive stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage; 7) Severe cognitive impairment depression or severe aphasia after stroke; Craniocerebral trauma or tumor; 9) The patient or his family members did not cooperate and did not sign the informed consent.
