Helicobacter pylori infection

Interventions

Experimental group:Qingre Huashi Compound granules once daily, rabeprazole 20mg/dose three times daily before three meals, amoxicillin capsule 1g tid, duration of treatment 10 days
Control group:Rabeprazole 20mg/dose three times daily before three meals
amoxicillin capsules 1g tid for 14 days

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Positive carbon 13 or carbon 14 urea breath test ; 2)Age =60 years old; 3)Spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome; 4)Gastric malignant lesion is exclued by the gastroscopy in the past 3 months; 5)Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of Helicobacter pylori (HP) treatment; 2) Are allergic to the drugs used in the study; 3) Have other severe illnesses that could affect the evaluation of study results such as severe lung dysfunction uncontrolled hypertension diabetes coronary heart disease arrhythmia renal insufficiency (eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73m²) malignant tumors mental illness etc.; 4) Are taking other medications that may interact with the drugs used in this study; 5) Are unable to express subjective feelings or cooperate; 6) Have a history of antibiotic use within the last month.
