Auricular point pressure bean group:Use auricular point pressure bean rehabilitation treatment
Conventional group:Use regular rehabilitation treatments such as medication
Acupuncture and moxibustion group:Use acupuncture rehabilitation therapy
Auricular point pressure bean combined acupuncture group:Auricular point compression bean combined with acupuncture rehabilitation treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirm diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation based on medical history physical examination and other relevant criteria; 2. The lesion sites of lumbar spine were identified by CT or MRI L4-L5 L5-S1; 3. Aged 20-80 years old; 4. PELD surgery was performed after conservative treatment failed. 5. Patients and their families sign informed consent after detailed understanding of the research content; 6. Did not participate in other clinical trials during the period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with spinal tumors, spinal malformations or spinal tuberculosis and other spinal diseases; 2. Previous history of spinal surgery; 3. Anemia or other wasting diseases can not tolerate surgery; 4. Unable to cooperate with mental illness such as schizophrenia, drug dependence, mania, etc.; 5. Allergic to acupuncture or dizzy with needles; 6. Have received acupuncture treatment within the last 30 days; 7. Participating in other clinical trials.
