Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged 18 years or above; 2)Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary membranous nephropathy in Western medicine; 3)Patients who are willing to choose a treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine Western medicine or integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) 5 times the normal value); 3)Patients who have undergone liver transplantation; 4)Patients with active malignant tumors; 5)Pregnant or lactating women; 6)Patients with severe mental illness cognitive impairment and no ability to make decisions who are not suitable for participation in clinical trials.
