Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure 2 .meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease 3 in line with the diagnostic criteria of pathogenic syndrome 4 LVEF=40% or NT-proBNP=450pg/ml 5. NYHA II-III level 6 age 18-75 years old 7. The respondents signed the informed consent to participate in the survey voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute phase of myocardial infarction (within 14 days) 2.combined with severe liver insufficiency (ALT>100U/L or AST>100U/L) severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate 5.5mmol/L) 3. Severe blood diseases and malignant tumors 4. Pregnant or lactating women 5. People with mental illness 6.serious heart failure life expectancy within six months 7. Those who have taken Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine with similar efficacy within the past week 8. Participate in other drug clinical researchers within one month
