CMERAS group:Preoperative acupuncture (Neiguan acupoint/Hegu acupoint/Shenmen acupoint, etc.) for emotional management, oral Chinese medicine (Dachengqi decoction) to improve intestinal function, and
ERAS group:Routine Accelerated Surgical Rehabilitation Concept Perioperative Program Management

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)age 20-80 years 2)pathological examination confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma 3)tumor stage cT1-4a N0-3 M0 4)the surgical protocol was totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy + D2 lymphnode dissection + Billroth II style (B-II) + Brownian anastomosis 5)ASA-PS I-III; 6)informed of the surgical protocol and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)combined with severe liver and kidney damage cardiopulmonary insufficiency other malignant tumors; 2)intraoperative discovery of distant tumor metastasis; 3)intraoperative conversion to laparotomy or total gastrectomy depending on the situation; 4)intraoperative haemorrhage =600ml; 5)poor preoperative nutritional status requiring intravenous nutrition; 6)preoperative hemoglobin<70g/L requiring preoperative blood transfusion; 7)history of gastric resection radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.
