Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis, unilateral or bilateral. If bilateral, select the more severe side. b. Age = 18 years old. c. The maximum depth of fluid accumulation in the suprapatellar sac is = 2mm. d. Not receiving any treatment related to knee osteoarthritis in the past 2 weeks. e. Can provide detailed contact information. f. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Pregnant or lactating women. b. Long term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormone therapy for patients. c. There is obvious medial and lateral knee joint deformity. d. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, kidney, lung, brain, liver, and psychiatric disorders. e. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or have incomplete information that affects the efficacy or safety assessment. f. The number of force sensitive acupoints detected in high-risk areas is less than 5.
