Yuyin Lotion group:First, Yuyin lotion is used for external washing, followed by the topical application of a simulated calcipotriol ointment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 65 years old. 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris. 3.Presence of skin lesions on the scalp. 4.Winter-type stable phase patients. 5.Disease duration of more than 1 year. 6.Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 18 years or over 65 years. 2. No scalp skin lesions. 3. Psoriasis of the arthritis type pustular type or erythrodermic type. 4. Individuals with an allergic constitution. 5. Women who are pregnant planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Use of topical corticosteroids calcipotriol or retinoid medications on the scalp within the past 2 weeks. 7. Systemic administration of corticosteroids immunosuppressants or retinoid medications within the past 4 weeks. 8. Use of biologic agents for treatment within the past 12 weeks.
