Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy volunteers - American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Class I-II. (Grade I: Physically healthy well developed and well nourished with normal functioning of all organs. Grade II: Minor coexisting diseases other than surgical diseases with sound functional compensation.) 2) Age between 18 ?35 years old including 18 years old and 35 years old; 3) Clear consciousness willingness to cooperate normal language expression ability; 4) Voluntarily participate in this subject and sign the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)People with the following diseases or medical history: bleeding disorders such as coagulation disorders psychiatric disorders peripheral neuropathy and hand sweating. 2)People with long-term use of analgesics anticoagulants and/or antiplatelet drugs tranquilizers antidepressants and anticonvulsants; 3)Abnormal skin conditions (infection scarring psoriasis and eczema) at the site of needle entry; 4)Menstruating pregnant or lactating women; 5) Those who have undergone acupuncture treatment within two weeks; 6) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
