Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for possible sarcopenia were calf circumference (male < 34cm female < 33cm) SARC-F scale =4 points and grip strength (male < 28kg female < 18kg). Inclusion criteria (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) 65= age =80; (3) Gender is not limited; (4) Can complete daily activities and basic communication independently without mental and neurological disorders and can correctly understand the scale; (5) I or the person living with me can use smart devices such as smart phones; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Contraindications for sports rehabilitation (Appendix 2); (2) Refer to the Chinese Medical Association "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" patients with severity of ?-? COPD patients; (3) Patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney; (4) Patients with malignant tumors who are undergoing chemotherapy radiation therapy or have developed bone metastases; (5) Sprain fracture serious joint deformation and other mobility difficulties balance function decline resulting in unable to complete the exercise treatment program; (6) Severe fractures with a T-value =-2.5SD and one or more fragility fractures.
