18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for the recovery period of stroke; Dysphagia with an FOIS score = 5; MBI score = 50; Positive culture of oropharyngeal aspirate for Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP); Age between 18 and 80 years (inclusive); The patient or guardian provides informed consent and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an existing infection who are still receiving anti-infection treatment; Patients who have received anti-infection treatment for any reason within the past week; Patients unable to cooperate with oropharyngeal aspirate collection.
