20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) AMH<1.1 ng/ml; (2) Bilateral AFC<5-7; (3) 10 IU/L=FSH=25 IU/L; (4) 20 = age =45 years old; (5)Meeting the diagnostic criteria of DOR; (6) Informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with endocrine related diseases affecting ovulation such as hyperprolactinemia polycystic ovary syndrome diabetes mellitus thyroid disease adrenal disease; (2)Pelvic lesions such as uterine fibroids adenomyosis ovarian tumors and unilateral or bilateral oophorectomy; (3) Clearly diagnosed autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus rheumatoid arthritis and antiphospholipid syndrome; (4) The use of hormone and metabolic drugs in the past 3 months affected the decision of the results; (5) Patients with cardiovascular brain liver and kidney dysfunction or severe mental illness; (6) Subjects who are participating in or have participated in another clinical trial within one month.
